A panel discussion on Civil Protection Solutions for Canada, moderated by Dick Fadden former National Security Advisory to the Prime Minister with Eva Cohen, Civil Protection Youth Canada; Trevor Riggen, American Red Cross; and Major General Bernard, Chief of Staff, Canadian Joint Operations Command, Canadian Armed Forces.
